I wanted to thank you for the excellent results that we recently experienced in selling our home in Leesburg. As you know, I was adamant about selling our house For Sale by Owner because I was interested in preserving my equity. I also felt the market was dynamic enough that a home could easily sell without a Realtor.
Due to your non-offensive style and market knowledge we decided to have you list our home. If I had tried to sell the home myself, I would have dramatically undervalued it. The other agents that we had come in for a presentation did not understand this area. They too had dramatically undervalued our home. I was pleased that we had multiple offers and that our house was off the market in 8 hours.
